Na Hale O Kili’nahe was originally an affordable housing project located on the corner of Maha Road and Makawao Avenue in Makawao, Maui. The project was geared to specifically assist those families whose income falls between 80% - 160% of HUD median income as adjusted for the Island of Maui, though anyone may own one of these wonderful homes. This project is the first enacted under the County of Maui's new "Work Force Housing" ordinance.

Today, Na Hale O Kili'nahe is a wonderful community of owener-occupied homes.

Na Hale O Kili’nahe consists of thirteen (13) total units, eight (8) existing units, and five (5) additional new units. Unit 11 even has a complete photovoltaic electrical system designed to produce a monthly electrical bill that is less than lunch for two!

None of the remaining units available have any County buy back restrictions attached to them all.
